Day 1:
Morning: Arrival and Welcome

11:30 AM-12.00: Opening Ceremony and Introduction to the Retreat & Preparation of our altar
12:30 PM - 15:00 PM: Afternoon: Cacao ceremony. Group introduction, sharing circle: Sisterhood as a topic.
Lunch and Free Time from 3.00 to 4.30.
3:45 PM - 4:30 PM: Delicious, healthy lunch
4.30 PM - 6:00 PM: Singing workshop: Voice activation (Magdalena)
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Sauna Healing Session - Purification and release (Brenda)
8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: DJ Set and Dance - Celebration of sisterhood through music and movement (Celine)
9.30 Dinner.
Day 2:Morning: Meditation and Movement
7:30AM-9:00: Sunrise Tea Meditation for renewal and Yoga (Magdalena).
9:00-10:00 Breakfast
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Free time for yourself, we recommend sauna swimming and avanto.
11:30 PM - 12:30 AM: Yoni Steaming Ritual - guided by an experienced practitioner (Celine)

Brenda Miquiztli is a Mexica/Mayan Medicine woman, Traditional Prehispanic Dancer, Fire keeper in the Mexican Ancient Tradition, Keeper of the sacred Pipe, Guardian of Sweatlodge-Temazcalli, Traditional Moon Dancer.
Céline is a Indonesian/dutch wise woman, medicine musician, temple dancer, DJ and multi-talented World Music Artist and travels between Amsterdam, Ibiza, Bali and Mexico.
Magdalena is Afro-Finnish Ritual musician. Vaski is an ancient finnish word that means copper, bronze and brass. Lintu means bird. Magdalena is a ritual musician inspired by the healing therapeutic aspects of music, and the power of sound that affects the emotional landscapes of the human psyche

Tervetuloa unohtumattomaan luovuuden kehtoon Saimaan rannoille!
Kuvittele saunan lempeä höyry, yrttikääreet ja kiukaan hiljainen räiskähtely. Nauti perinnesaunomisen tervehdyttävästä vaikutuksesta ja anna kehosi ja mielesi vapautua. Sukella syvälle 160-vuotiaan hirsisaunan pimeyteen saunalaulujen ja hoitavan vihdonnan saattelemana. Teemme myös Syys-Matille ja Syyspäiväntasaukselle pyhitetyn tuliseremonian. Nämä ikiaikaiset teemat ja moderniin aikaamme muovautuneet rituaalit auttavat meitä syventämään yhteyttä itseemme, luontoon ja alitajuntaamme.
Viidennettä kertaa järjestettävällä Kirjoittajan ääni -retriitillä yhdistyvät kehollinen äänityöskentely ja alitajuntaa herättelevät kirjoitusharjoitukset. Harjoitukset avaavat ovet luovuuden syvyyksiin. Ääniharjoitukset auttavat meitä päästämään luovuuden virtaamaan vapaasti ja löytämään oman ainutlaatuisen äänemme. Kehollisuus toimii luovuutemme keskuksena. Tule mukaan inspiroivaan kirjoittajien yhteisöön, jossa kokeneet ohjaajat, vokalisti ja rituaalimuusikko Magdalena Mölsä sekä kirjoittaja Pia Autero johdattavat sinut kohti sisäistä voimaasi ja luovaa potentiaaliasi. Retriitin ohjelmaan kuuluu myös veneretki Astuvansalmen kalliomaalauksille.
