Armors we wear

Armours we wear are many. Anger, blame, depression in a form of de-pressing vulnerability, grasping on to someone, pushing people away, chronically judging others with the relentless inner critic inside and in forms of every aversion from drugs to food in order to not feel what is within.

We wear masks, personas to protect, to control and help us. When we stop using our energy to appear a certain way and let our naturalness be there, can freedom, true peace and belonging be found, as Tara Brach put it: "It is possible to be free and live with an un-defended heart". I want to believe, that it is so.

Time to drop the armour.
